on ... but what are cute ?!?!?! ;) Are great for packing some tasty Christmas present!
and I like a lot of that fill the house smell so hot, sweet, reassuring .......
is a very old recipe, I think of a Salt and Pepper disintegrated by now what has been peeled ...
I would say that is pretty quick, easy and sure success! which never hurts ...;)
here is the procedure:

Ingredients:
ground almonds 250g
Album 2
sugar 200 gr icing
lemon 1 1 / 2 teaspoon salt 1
pinch
fresh ginger about 6-7 grams
3 cloves chopped 1 teaspoon vanilla

Beat the egg whites until stiff with salt and lemon. Add the powdered sugar.
In another bowl combine ground almonds (not powder, but very finely chopped), chopped ginger, cloves crushed and vanillin.
Add to the dry, a tablespoon at a time, assembled and white sugar. Go forward until you add to create a paste to be able to handle. It will serve less than half. The rest of the white mounted set aside.
Take the mixture of almonds and knead with your hands to bring it. Do about 20-25 balls that gradually flattened forming "medallions" about one cm high and 4-5 cm in diameter. Lying on each one teaspoon of white advanced.
Bake at 150 ° C static for about 15-20 minutes.
