Sliding Closet Door Over Carpet

Sables salted with sundried tomatoes and rosemary in my garden ..

stroll through the web after reading dozens of recipes, I decided to try my suggestion of a savory sables, trying to remove a bit 'of that mountain of butter that more accompanies them to make them so wonderfully crumbly ...! and I must say that, well .. in friability did not seem to have lost much, but at least he can eat 3 in a row without excessive remorse of conscience ....;)
Also, since lately I find myself always with a tight time, I tried to put them in the freezer for use if necessary .... that it seemed really a godsend!
Here they are, simple and fast

Ingredients:
(about 30 cookies)
90 g butter 80 g
philadelphia
1 large pinch salt
30 grams of dried tomatoes in oil
1 teaspoon finely chopped rosemary
1 tablespoon heavy cream (or water if you prefer ..)
250 grams of flour 00

Soften the butter and knead until creamy with Philadelphia, add salt, chopped fine rosemary and cherry tomatoes made into small pieces. Mix with your fingers and when the mixture is smooth, add the flour. Begin kneading, always with his hands, and add a spoonful of fresh cream, or so, until the dough will be soft and will have incorporated all the ingredients.
Divide the dough in two and cut out two cylinders, wrap in plastic wrap and place in freezer. If you want the cookies immediately, remove them from the freezer half an hour later (so the cut will be pulping but maintain good form), otherwise, forget the pin waiting for times of emergency ...;)

If you use it, cut it into slices about 1 inch thick, arrange on a baking sheet, sprinkle the surface with a little 'salt, and bake for 10 min at 170 ° C fan. In my oven, now I know ... after 5 mins I had to turn them the other side to brown them evenly. Consumed more Caldini are good ... Advice to eat in a day, or up to the day after, or accuse the reduction of butter ...;) both are so easy to do (and program ...;) worth they are always fresh!
