The firm is busy and takes care of the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) which is a procedure introduced by Directive 2001/42/EC and applies to plans and programs.
The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) was introduced in 1985 with Directive 85/337/EEC in 1997 and integrated with the Directive 97/11/EC and serves to verify the compatibility of environmental projects.

SEA and EIA have been implemented by Legislative Decree n. 152 of 04.03.2006 in force since July 31, 2007 and amended by Decree No. 4 of 16/01/2008 and are of fundamental importance to ensure that the area develops in a manner compatible with the environment.
