Vertical gardens, France installs them on public buildings
An example of what a country can do to instill the mentality of green to its citizens comes to us from France, where the bridge which crosses the avenue Max Juvenal in Aix-en-Provence in the south of the country, has been transformed into a vertical garden. As a real Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, if you look at the bridge from the Southwest side, its gray concrete facade, decorated by some graffiti, like so many others who see a little 'everywhere.
